A FEW EXCERPTS FROM A SHORT FORM BIO- DATA

1. The courses pursued for Master’s Degree in Canada include :

 One year course on CHEMOS ( Chemical Engineering Modeling and Optimization System ) --- a Chemical Process Flow-sheet Simulation Modular Package Software System for Design of Equipment and Process Plants and associated Optimization activity. Theory of Flow-sheeting and Optimization are covered. Course assignments include Design and Optimization exercises;

 One year course on Analog and Digital ( Computer ) Control theory and Process Control experiments on PDP-8;

 One year M.B.A. Marketing Management course with case studies of Canadian Industry and Business --- of the School of Business Studies and Management;

 6 months course on Numerical Mathematical Methods of Computer Computation;

 6 months course on Coal Utilization and different Technologies;

 6 months course on Particulate and Multi-Phase Systems especially Spouted Beds and Gas-Solid Fluidized Beds;

 6 months advanced theoretical course on Particulate and Multi-Phase Systems;

The Maximum number of possible courses both within the erstwhile Department of Chemical Engineering and outside are pursued.

2. One of the many specializations I studied as well as am practicing at SMILE Services over a period of the last 15 years at least, is the subject of LAW. I did not have any academic Degree in Law, but am exposed to Law both in India and in U.S.A. At present, I am quite capable in presenting on my own, a writ Petition at a High Court of India or The Supreme Court even, reviewing loopholes and deficiencies in law with respect to The Constitution ( in a way, Ultra Vires checking ) and in following through “BARE ACTS” without any reference to ‘CASE LAW” in many cases. I think, I have a reasonable understanding of Article 14 and Article 21 of The Constitution of India that respectively deal with “EQUALITY AND EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS “ and “LIFE AND LIBERTY”. I have formulated my own Establishment work functions in 1986 after making a survey of all the Central Acts of that time and certain Supreme Court of India Judgments. My emphasis these days is LAW in Science & Technology Matters.

FEBRAURY 2006 :

Websites perfection and error handling for self generated websites.

An article ( RESEARCH and REVIEW TYPE ) with title “ THE ROLE OF INDIAN LANGUAGES TECHNOLOGY, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE and QUALITY TECHNOLOGIES FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION and A SECOND GREEN REVOLUTION IN INDIA” is published at www.indiatalking.com/blog/baburam for more people participation on par with a PHILANTHROPIC COLLECTIVE RESEARCH INVOLVEMENT. The Article is under continuous and methodical extension and improvement in the prevailing BLOG structure of knowledge sharing.

JANUARY 2006 :

Project Feasibility Study partly completed with 50:50 Project Feasibility Success for an Intricate Website Developmenmt work with embedded SOFTWARE and CUSTOM BUILT APPROACH. Efforts are underway to make this feasibility 80% with more involved study before implementation.

Websites Planning, Design, Development and Implementation for real Life Applications.

November 2005 :

Demonstration lecture planning and proposal for an Engineering College Position. It encompasses Engineering Design, Simulation and Project Management with latest trends.

October 2005 :

Project Feasibility Analysis for LED ( Light Emitting Diode ) Computer Software Programming FOR U.S. $s 4,500/- for a kind of ADVISORY WORK.

June 2005 :

Maintenance exercise of about 120 Floppies pack with a need to highly conserve the free storage available is underway. The exercise includes Virus Scanning, Surface Scanning, Updating files and folders, Zipping and unzipping with Winzip, deleting unnecessary and outdated files and folders and creating backups in the Internet Accounts and Briefcase. It is expected at least 70% of the storage will be released by this exercise. Even repairing partially damaged floppies is underway.

Working through LAN is part of this exercise with efficient maneuvering of files and folders on various Systems, sitting at a single system at any time.

May 2005 :

The current topics on my agenda for self study are, Website Research and Promotion, VAT System, Patents Act ( 1970 ) Amendment 2004, World Trade Organization, Inter Country Trade Pacts and Import - Export Trade Policy and Procedures ( a re- visit ) of India.

April 2005 :

I have achieved success in disbursing our PROJECT PAPERS OF OUR U.S. $s. 100 Million Investment Potential of our predominantly AGRICULTURAL and AGRO – INDUSTRIAL SCHEME, TO International Financiers, in turn achieving a MILESTONE and success in our Plans. Now, the ball is in the Financiers’ Court to make this Project a success.

ALL THROUGH OUT THIS PROJECT, WE BELIEVED IN HOLDING BOOKS IN ONE HAND and THE COMPUTER IN THE OTHER. In fact and deed, I have just used an Artificial Intelligence Based and/or Natural Language Processing Internet Search Engine to track down International Financiers and approach them.

Sify Broadband has come to me handy at Kanur Centre of Vijayawada for a week where and when I was forced to work at Mainframe Speeds on a learn while you work Programme of my own conception, though I personally do not believe in Sify.

1. Plan workout of Sourcing of an affordable MOBILE COMPUTER SYSTEM and ACCESSORIES ::

It is recognized that I require immediately a Mobile Computer System along with Communication facilities at an affordable price to smoothly carry out my activities. International giants like Acer, IBM, Hewlett-Packard and others are contacted at Head quarters with my own specific requirements of vendor specifications. but there is no use. Finally, I solved my own problem of sourcing, currently with 95% success. My plan seems to be working. Even the financier has shown a positive indication to support my effort . With the actual buying effected, I will be empowered to :: a) Check News any corner of the world within minutes, b) have an access to Knowledge and Information sources worldwide and c) carry out my own mailing activity; all at affordable operative costs. The system will also be mobile in my own designed way. In fact, I will be empowered as though I am working at MIT ( Massachusetts Institute of Technology ), Harvard or even at any other sophisticated Knowledge and Information Center, world-class. I have at least 6 years of meticulously generated experience behind me in this KNOWLEDGE DOMAIN;

2. A thorough review of ISO9001:2000 hitherto gained knowledge and experience.

All ready, an INTERNET STUDY of GOOD LABORATORY PRACTICE ( GLP ) is completed and field IMPLEMENTATION remains in the coming two months.

July 2003 to Feb. 2004 :

In July 2003 to Feb. 2004, I have undergone an Internet based Study of Validation ( Pharmaceutical and Crop Protection Chemicals ), ISO9001:2000, Statistical Quality Control, Project Management, Appraisal and Evaluation, SEI-CMM Quality Model, PCMM, CFD, CSCM and Six Sigma.

Specific Achievements and Value Additions out of the exercise ::

Vast Knowledge is obtained on the Quality Control Subjects and Practices which are sweeping the world over currently in proportion to heralding in a new era after the Information Technology era. Confidence is built up in dealing with any kind of difficult and almost impossible situation in both work and in updating knowledge. Confidence is built up on the fact that age is not a restriction in learning new methods. Quality Control is now applicable to Production, Systems, Processes, Designs, Projects, Products and Computer Software and it’s Implementation. Quality Control under ISO inherently includes Validation.

Confidence building at work place, for instance at a Commercial Internet Center with the Proprietor of the Establishment has been a key item for success in the duration of six months in this Project. Deferred Payments of Internet and Copying Charges to the tune of Rs. 2,500/- could be achieved with this confidence build up in a period of difficult Personal financial situation. Now, in Jan. 2004, this amount is fully paid out.

Feb. 2004 : A pilot Project for Implementation is proposed to many State Governments in India in the area of Children's Computer Education.

April, May and June 2003 :

Internet based Survey Project on Funding Scenario for Science & Technology Activities in India in the Economic Reforms Period ( 1991 and onwards ).

Nov. 2002 – March 2003 :

Self interested learning of Software Subjects :: MS-OFFICE, RDBMS, Oracle, Networking and “C” Language.

Recently, I completed a demand study based on job advertisement announcements in India via Newspapers and Internet over a period of 6 months for Science & Technology work in the Liberalized Economic Environment--- Reforms Period.

March 2002 to April 2002 inclusive :

At hyderabad, the Capital City of Andhra Pradesh and at Vijayawada, recently attended to a Project sort of work both practicing on the latest Computer Software packages and putting them to application simultaneously. About 5 Computer Centers are visited regularly day and night on a low cost high potency computation basis with commercial terms.

Computer Packages mastered for the above mentioned Project are, MS-WORD, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, Wordpad, Notepad and Windows.

A self created business Project is underway. An experimental business unit with low crucial investment is setup to study the Marketing needs and trends of Children’s Computer Education, Games, Internet, DTP ( Desk Top Publishing )and Computer Typing businesses. Limited Equipment like one Computer and 2 T.V.Sets is sourced and bought to run the Center. Apartment and a shop in successive stages are selected and are chosen for setting up the Center. Market Communications are made to disburse knowledge about the activities of the Center. Feedback is obtained from the Market and business needs and trends are assessed. A computer search was involved of reasonable sophistication to identify Children’s educational software available in the market internationally.

During my career years, from June 2001 to August 2001 inclusive, I have pursued Planning work and sourcing of equipment for a self created business Project of Children's Computer Education, Games, Internet, DTP ( Desktop Publishing ) and Computer Typing Businesses. This is prior to the implementation of The Experimental Project taken up during Sept. 2001 to Feb.. 2002.
