1. The courses pursued for Master’s Degree in Canada include :

 One year course on CHEMOS ( Chemical Engineering Modeling and Optimization System ) --- a Chemical Process Flow-sheet Simulation Modular Package Software System for Design of Equipment and Process Plants and associated Optimization activity. Theory of Flow-sheeting and Optimization are covered. Course assignments include Design and Optimization exercises;

 One year course on Analog and Digital ( Computer ) Control theory and Process Control experiments on PDP-8;

 One year M.B.A. Marketing Management course with case studies of Canadian Industry and Business --- of the School of Business Studies and Management;

 6 months course on Numerical Mathematical Methods of Computer Computation;

 6 months course on Coal Utilization and different Technologies;

 6 months course on Particulate and Multi-Phase Systems especially Spouted Beds and Gas-Solid Fluidized Beds;

 6 months advanced theoretical course on Particulate and Multi-Phase Systems;

 6 months course on Computer Graphics and a Canadian Standard VGM:VGM --- of the Computer Science Department.

The Maximum number of possible courses both within the erstwhile Department of Chemical Engineering and outside are pursued.

2. One of the many specializations I studied as well as am practicing at SMILE Services over a period of the last 15 years at least, is the subject of LAW. I did not have any academic Degree in Law, but am exposed to Law both in India and in U.S.A. At present, I am quite capable in presenting on my own, a writ Petition at a High Court of India or The Supreme Court even, reviewing loopholes and deficiencies in law with respect to The Constitution ( in a way, Ultra Vires checking ) and in following through “BARE ACTS” without any reference to ‘CASE LAW” in many cases. I think, I have a reasonable understanding of Article 14 and Article 21 of The Constitution of India that respectively deal with “EQUALITY AND EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS “ and “LIFE AND LIBERTY”. I have formulated my own Establishment work functions in 1986 after making a survey of all the Central Acts of that time and certain Supreme Court of India Judgments. My emphasis these days is LAW in Science & Technology Matters.

Maintenance exercise of about 120 Floppies pack with a need to highly conserve the free storage available is underway. The exercise includes Virus Scanning, Surface Scanning, Updating files and folders, Zipping and unzipping with Winzip, deleting unnecessary and outdated files and folders and creating backups in the Internet Accounts and Briefcase. It is expected at least 70% of the storage will be released by this exercise. Even repairing partially damaged floppies is underway.

Working through LAN is part of this exercise with efficient maneuvering of files and folders on various Systems, sitting at a single system at any time.

May 2005 :

In the later part of the month of May 2005, the Principal Questions concerning Technology of an Agro – Industry Scheme I am handling are solved at least at a 70% success rate. The other 30% may be taken up later, as there is no urgency now and only money availability for the activity may drive it towards a success.

The current topics on my agenda for self study are, Website Research and Promotion, VAT System, Patents Act ( 1970 ) Amendment 2004, World Trade Organization, Inter Country Trade Pacts and Import - Export Trade Policy and Procedures ( a re- visit ) of India.

April 2005 :

I have achieved success in disbursing our PROJECT PAPERS OF OUR U.S. $s. 100 Million Investment Potential of our predominantly AGRICULTURAL and AGRO – INDUSTRIAL SCHEME, TO International Financiers, in turn achieving a MILESTONE and success in our Plans. Now, the ball is in the Financiers’ Court to make this Project a success.

ALL THROUGH OUT THIS PROJECT, WE BELIEVED IN HOLDING BOOKS IN ONE HAND and THE COMPUTER IN THE OTHER. In fact and deed, I have just used an Artificial Intelligence Based and/or Natural Language Processing Internet Search Engine to track down International Financiers and approach them.

1. Plan workout of Sourcing of an affordable MOBILE COMPUTER SYSTEM and ACCESSORIES ::

It is recognized that I require immediately a Mobile Computer System along with Communication facilities at an affordable price to smoothly carry out my activities. International giants like Acer, IBM, Hewlett-Packard and others are contacted at Head quarters with my own specific requirements of vendor specifications. but there is no use. Finally, I solved my own problem of sourcing, currently with 95% success. My plan seems to be working. Even the financier has shown a positive indication to support my effort . With the actual buying effected, I will be empowered to :: a) Check News any corner of the world within minutes, b) have an access to Knowledge and Information sources worldwide and c) carry out my own mailing activity; all at affordable operative costs. The system will also be mobile in my own designed way. In fact, I will be empowered as though I am working at MIT ( Massachusetts Institute of Technology ), Harvard or even at any other sophisticated Knowledge and Information Center, world-class. I have at least 6 years of meticulously generated experience behind me in this KNOWLEDGE DOMAIN;

2. Research Projects finalization for presentation to National Institute for Rural Development ( NIRD ) for Senior Fellowship Scheme. Subject Domains of intended work are, Economic Globalization vs. Marketing Management and Advanced Economic Theories – in relation to Agriculture in India, Practical Globalization issues with respect to Agriculture in India, selected issues in Agriculture in India with scope for research ( from a Marketing Management and FINANCE perspective ), Research, Developmental, Marketing Management and QUALITY CONTROL and ASSURANCE ISSUES with respect to CHILLIES ( hot pepper ) in the district of GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA and Foreign and International sources of Finance for Indian Agriculture;

3) Learning and Application of Internet Website Design Techniques; Critical Learning Topics in Internet usage and refinement of Search Procedures.
